Tuition Rates

Crowned Kids’ enrolls children on a first come, first-registered basis. All

paperwork must be completed and submitted before your child can

attend. Tuition is charged according to age and number of hours

scheduled for attendance. Rates are evaluated on an annual basis.

Tuition is due on Monday, prior to care
A late charge of $5 will be added if payments are not made by Wednesday
After thirty days accounts will incur a 5% interest fee on all unpaid balances
Accounts sixty days past due will be sent for collections
There is a $35 service charge for any returned checks or debits due to insufficient funds

Crowned Kids accepts: Cash, checks and credit cards for payment
Diapers/wipes are NOT included in tuition fees
There is a $0 per diaper charge for every diaper the center provides for your child
All payments are non-refundable
There is an annual fee of $50 or $75 per child which is charged July 1st of every year.
Non-payment of tuition can terminate enrollment
Enrollment fee is $50 (1 child) $100 (family) due upon enrollment

FAQ

For the safety and well-being of all children at CKA, we kindly ask that parents do not bring outside food to the childcare center. This policy helps us maintain proper food safety standards and protect children with food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Exception: The only exceptions to this rule are for special events and birthday celebrations, which must be approved in advance by the Director or classroom teacher. Approved items for these occasions must be store-bought, sealed, and labeled with ingredients to ensure safety for all children.

Tuition payments are due every Monday for the upcoming week, with no exceptions. This ensures that staffing, meals, and classroom materials are properly planned for each child’s attendance. Payments received after Monday may be subject to a late fee as outlined in our tuition policy.

We believe that discipline is the helpful guidance, encouragement, and support that adults use to influence children. It is not founded in punishment, rules and, restrictions, but in teaching children to resolve problems and seek solutions themselves. Appropriate discipline helps children learn how to interact and develop self control. Our staff and teachers at Crowned Kids understand these concepts and utilize and follow a developmentally appropriate and character building strategy for handling classroom discipline. These strategies, as well as our biting policy can be found in our Parent Handbook.

No, your child cannot start without all required paperwork—no exceptions. All enrollment forms, medical records, emergency contacts, and other required documents must be completed, signed, and submitted before your child’s first day of attendance. This policy ensures that we can provide safe, compliant, and high-quality care for every child.
